to use the stencils now because the permanent eyebrow part serves as a sort of guide as to how to place the stencils to make
sure they come out right! Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that the
stencils and powders can be used with great success on top of the
permanent brow because I figure you probably have some customers with the
permanent cosmetics done who are still looking to buy your stencils for variety's
sake and maybe wonder if it would work or not.
