Steps
			Mark where to start the brows Tools: Eyebrowz White Outliner Stick. Directions: Mark where you want the brow to begin and end. In this example only the brow beginning was marked.

			Position the stencil Tools: An Eyebrowz stencil, The stencil shape Na#1was used in this makeover (optional Eyebrowz stencil band holder to help hold the stencil in position). Directions: Place the stencil in position, lining up the inner corner of the stencil with the white mark you have made. Note: stencil is actually clear so you can easily see through it- it was colored only for this photo.

			Brush on the powder Tools: The powder puff brush for best powder distribution. Eyebrowz brow powder. Select a brow powder in a color similar to the color of your brow hair. Directions: Using small light strokes, brush the powder over the stencil area. Use a cotton swab or sponge brush to lightly blend down the powder. Many women lightly brush over a small amount of transparent face powder to help hold and further soften the look.

			Maintain new shape Tools: Tweezerman Slant tweezers Directions: Tweeze only those hairs that grow outside the created brow area. Hairs growing inside this area will not be seen as messy stubble.

Some Tips & Tricks

Overplucking is easy to do, but once done, tough to fix. The regrowth is messy. No one wants to look in the mirror and see stubble.
Eyebrow hair is delicate and years of overplucking can mean permanent hair loss.
A stencil shape was picked here that would "fit" over what hair was present.
The brow powder creates badly needed volume for the bare spots.
The powder puff brow brush helps achieve even and light powder placement.
Too dramatic a change in brow shape can be startling - like trying on a bright new shade of lipstick - select a stencil close to what you have and gradually work towards adding back brow hair.
Too high an arch is a common mistake - you can quickly go from "dramatic" to "unnatural". Here a shape was used to bring the curve of the arch down to a more natural shape.
The stencil works together with the powder to create an edge that is soft yet visible. It is this edge that helps create the illusion of hair being present.
