Does it look natural?
You will know you have it on but unless you "confess" what you have done no one else will know. Be prepared for the most commonly asked question "What did you do to your hair?"
Will the powder last all day?
The powder does last all day. If you are going out in the evening, however, you may want to touchup your eyebrows much as you might re-apply lipstick.
My skin is quite dry. Will the eyebrow powder adhere well?
If the powder does not adhere well, we suggest you first apply a bit of moisturizer to the skin area immediately around your eyebrow. This will help the powder adhere better.
I may have a bit of trouble holding my stencil in place with one hand while I apply powder with the other. Any suggestions for me?
Try using small pieces of Scotch Tape to tape the stencil to your forehead. This will hold the stencil in position while you apply the powder. Remove the stencil and blend the powder with a cotton swab. Also, you may have to touch up your foundation makeup in places where the tape was used. Replace tape when it looses its stickiness.
I can go to exercise class or go swimming in the middle of my day. Is the Eyebrowz powder waterproof?
No. If this is your situation, you may want to try and find a waterproof eyebrow cosmetic that you like and order from us under the "No Powder" option as described below. The Eyebrowz powder washes off by rubbing with a wet facecloth. Going swimming, for example, will wear down the Eyebrowz powder but it will not totally come off unless rubbed.
I really like my present brand of eyebrow powder (or pencil). Do I have to use the Eyebrowz brand powder?
No. If you are already using an eyebrow cosmetic that you’re happy with, then consider ordering our stencils selecting the "No Powder" option. The price is reduced by $ 5.00 on such orders. This way, you still get the benefit of having better shaped eyebrows and continuing to use a product that you’re already familiar with and like. The Eyebrowz powder is a premium formulation. Should you use your own eyebrow makeup, you may first have to apply some moisturizing cream on the skin immediately around your eyebrows. Do this to ensure your powder lasts all day.
What’s your return policy?
Customers can return product at any time for a full refund of the purchase price. Opening the powder and trying the product does not affect your ability to receive a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Returns should be addressed to:

What’s your exchange policy?
If none of the 4 stencils supplied with your order "work" for you, please give us a call or send email ( mail@eyebrowz.com ) to explain your situation. We’ll make every effort to work with you to get you some more acceptable shapes. That said, we’d like to reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges that can be made for a given order. Our thinking is that, out of each order for 4 stencils, hopefully 2 or 3 but at least 1 stencil will give a customer the look they are after. This is why we include 4 stencils with each order: to give customers a good variety to try. The exchange policy was developed to help those customers where none of the stencils they selected gave an acceptable shape.
I have somewhat prominent bone structure right underneath my eyebrow. Might I have trouble using my stencils?
Although it shouldn’t be a problem, it may present a bit of a challenge. One customer reported that they first got the stencil in position and pressed firmly on it. They then raised the stencil and forehead skin together, applied the powder and then released which let the eyebrow fall back into position. They then blended with a cotton swab per normal.
