Return Policy

If you're not happy with your Eyebrowz purchase, simply return all pieces to us for a full and prompt refund. Returns should be addressed to: Eyebrowz Designs Inc., P.O.Box 1375, Sumas, WA 98295 Opening and trying the powder, stencils, etc. does not prevent you from getting a full refund if you decide this is what you want to do. Please note, however, that shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

Exchange Policy

If none of your Eyebrowz stencils "work" for you, please get in touch with us by phone, mail or email ( mail@eyebrowz.com ). It's helpful if you can tell us which stencils came the closest to meeting your needs and what we need to look for in some replacements. (Example: "I like Br1 but it has to be thinner and shorter.") Our thinking behind including 4 stencils with each order is that we wanted to provide a good selection. Hopefully 2 but at least 1 shape meets your needs. (Only rarely do all 4 shapes meet a customer's needs.) The exchange process was really for those where none of the 4 shapes was satisfactory. Once we receive the stencils to be exchanged from you, we'll promptly send the replacements.
