Eyebrowz - Returns and Exchanges
You can return any item (except eyebrow wigs -
see
below) within 30 days of purchase (invoice date) for a full refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping and
handling charges. If you have provided a valid email address with your order,
we'll send an email to you to let you know your return has been processed. Please mail returned merchandise to:

If you want to exchange some or all of your
purchase (except eyebrow wigs - see below), you
can do so within 30 days of purchase (invoice date). Simply send your items to be exchanged to us at one of the above addresses.
Please include a short note telling us what you would like. Your
exchange order will be shipped to you promptly upon our receipt of your original merchandise.
If you need help with your exchange to find,
for example, better stencil shapes or brow
powder colors, we would be pleased to assist. Please get in touch with us by email service@eyebrowz.com

There is no charge for an exchange order.
All
sales are final - sorry, no refunds or exchanges for eyebrow wigs.
We've made it easy to give a gift! Simply place your order through our on-line
store and enter the gift recipient's name and address in the "Ship
To" area. We will omit pricing from the packing slip.
There's no additional charge for a handwritten gift card. If you would like
us to send a card, send an email to us (
service@eyebrowz.com
) indicating what you would like the card to say along with your
order number. (Order number is included in the order confirmation email you will
receive immediately after placing your order.)
We work very hard to keep a good stock of all items at all times. Although a
rare event, there are times when a customer orders a product that is not
currently in stock but is on order.
If you place an order containing both in-stock and on-order items, we will
immediately process and ship the in-stock items. The on-order items will be sent
as soon as they are available using the shipping method you chose when you
placed your order. There will be NO additional shipping charge on the secondary
shipment. (International orders will not be shipped until all items are in
stock.)
We've used a number of techniques to match our color swatches to the actual
color of our brow powders and pencils and tested these images on a number of
different computer systems. Also, we've used the feedback of many customers to
refine our colors as required - our "dark brown" powder, for example,
should fit most people's notion of what "dark brown" should look like.
The bottom line, though, is that it doesn't matter what most people think -
it only matters what you think. Compounding the issue is the fact that
colors can appear different on different computer monitors. If the color of the
brow powder or brow pencil you receive is different from what you thought you
were going to get, please consider our
exchange policy.
100% customer satisfaction is our goal and we certainly want the opportunity to
work with you if this goal hasn't been achieved.
Eyebrowz - Privacy Policy
- Your good name and detailed address information is not used for any purpose other
than to ship your order to you.
- We do not sell, trade or give away any customer information
(includes email information).
- We do send an email to you confirming that your order has been shipped.
- We do not send any unsolicited email to you.
- We do use summary data for statistical purposes (Examples: What % of our
U.S. sales are shipped to California?, How many orders did we ship to
Germany last month?, etc.) Such summary data is in no way linked to an
individual customer.
- We do use "cookie" technology in our on-line store as it is the
only way our shopping cart system can keep track of what you have placed in
your cart. (Virtually all shopping cart systems use this same
technology.)

Eyebrowz Security Information
Some people have questions about Internet security and on-line
ordering and we offer the following information that we hope is
of help to you. Eyebrowz offers you on-line ordering as it is
both a safe and efficient way to process your order. We emphasize
the word "both" as, no matter how efficient it was, we
wouldn't offer on-line ordering if we didn't feel it was safe.
Review of the Eyebrowz site:
You may be interested in knowing that others have reviewed the
safety of our site. First, Eyebrowz uses on-line security
technology provided by Verisign Inc. - the most widely used
technology for Internet commerce. Before providing this
technology, Versign took steps to ensure that Eyebrowz is a
legitimate business and is appropriately registered with and
licensed by government authorities.
Second, the banks that Eyebrowz deals with have reviewed the
security features of our site to satisfy themselves that credit
card holders' (customers) interests are well protected. They
would not have authorized us to take credit card numbers over the
Internet if our security had been found to be lacking. Suffice to
say that any on-line merchant needs some respected outside
authorities approving of what they're doing before that merchant
can offer secure on-line ordering.

Our site is like many others that offer on-line ordering: some
portions of the site have no security risk, hence, are not
protected in any way. Examples of these "unprotected"
portions of our site are the pages that explain our products, offer advice,
catalog pages, etc. In short, the pages where you are
simply viewing content aren't protected as there is no two way
flow of information.
These pages contrast with those where there is a two way flow
of sensitive information: the check-out pages in our
on-line
store. It is in this
area that Verisign and other technologies are used to encrypt
information you send. This information can only be decoded by us
at Eyebrowz using unique software. To the extent it is possible
for someone to "intercept" your order for the short
time interval that it is en route to us, it would look something
like alphabet soup!
There are alternatives!
We do offer alternate methods of ordering if you just don't
feel right about ordering over the Internet. You can fax or mail
your order using the form provided. Or you can call us toll-free
as indicated on our ordering options page.
