Position the stencil (use the stencil touch holder to lightly position the stencil).     Fill Fill in the stencil area with the Prestige White Pencil.     Smudge Smudge the white pencil mark over the exposed area.  This helps make the powder stick. It waterproofs the brow powder.       Powder After placing the brush in the powder lightly tap the brush with your forefinger. This will shake off excess powder and stop it from falling on your cheeks.     Apply Apply the powder to the stencil area. It is helpful to press down on the stencil while you are doing this. We have used the small nylon brush that comes with the powder. The powder puff brush ($3.45) is superior in that it's natural hair tip is soft, and does an excellent job of distributing powder lightly and evenly.     Done Remove the stencil   C One customer sent in this picture with this comment. "I couldn't find as good a solution  as your putty colored brow powder. I needed a very muted brow. My complexion is very fair. The wigs were too noticeable because of my coloring. "
