• How do I order your products?
Our products are available on our online store, phone, mail or fax. Please see our ordering options page for detailed



• The item I want is sold out. When will it be available again?
If you place an order containing both in-stock and on-order items, we will immediately process and ship the in-stock

items. The on-order items will be sent as soon as they are available using the shipping method you chose when you

placed your order. See our back orders page for more information.


• I want to buy Eyebrowz products as a gift for someone. What do I do?
We've made it easy to give a gift! Simply place your order through our on-line store and enter the gift recipient's name

and address in the "Ship To" area. We will omit pricing from the packing slip. Gift cards are also available. See our

gift infomation page for details.



• What shipping methods are available?
All Eyebrowz orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. We offer the following methods:

First class mail: $2.99

Priority Mail: $6.75

Express Mail: $19.95

Note: Orders over $50 get free shipping. Check our our shipping page for more information.


• How long will it take to process my order?
Up to 48 hours. Orders received on a weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

An email confirmation is sent when we ship your order, if you have provided us with your email information.


• Will I have to pay additional tariffs or taxes on my Eyebrowz order ?
International customers are advised that their orders may be subject to applicable duties or sales taxes in their country of

residence. Please talk to your local Customs Authority for more information. There are no additional taxes or tariffs for

domestic (US Customers).


• How long will it take for me to get my order?
Domestic (US Orders): Please allow from 2-5 Business days to get your order

International (Non-US Orders): Please allow from 5-10 Business days to get your order.


• What methods of payment are accepted at Eyebrowz?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, money orders and debit cards. Please see our payment options

page for more information. All prices are in US dollars.


• How can I trust that my credit card/PayPal transaction is safe?
All transactions are completed through an encrypted, secure connection. The security of our site has also been

independently reviewed by Verisign Inc and our banks have also taken steps to verfiy that Eyebrowz is safeguarding

• What is your return policy ?

You can return any item (except eyebrow wigs) within 30 days of purchase (invoice date) for a full refund.

Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges. If you have provided a valid email address with your

order, we'll send an email to you to let you know your return has been processed. Please see our returns page for

Yes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To exchange items, please sent them to the address indicated

above, along with a brief note telling us what you would like. If you need help selecting a new item, or need advice, you

can email our team at or call our toll free number. There is no charge for an exchange order.


• Do you have a buyer's guide or recmomendations for somone who is just trying out your products?

We recommend that you purchase samples through our retail website if you are looking to "test" the products before

• I saw the 30 Eye Shapes poster in a salon and I want to buy it. Where can I purchase this poster?
This poster is for sale on our wholesale website for wholesale clients only. Please fill out the wholesale info request form,

and we will send you the link to where you can purchase this poster and other items.


• How can I be sure that the color swatch on the screen matches the powder color that I am going to get?
We've used a number of different techniques to match our color swatches to the actual color of our brow powders and

pencils and tested these images on a number of different computer systems. Also, we've used the feedback of many

customers to redefinre our colors as required- our "dark brown" powder, for example, should fit most people's notion of

what "dark brown" should look like. For more information about our colors, please see the color accuracy page.
