"I just wanted to say I recently had my eyebrows tattooed in sort of an Angelina Jolie style arch (I have no eyebrow hair, and I had such a hard time getting my eyebrows straight even with stencils because my bone structure is a bit different from one side of my face to the other - a nightmare to work with!). I wondered if I would still be able to use my stencils on top of that to change the look slightly - to make my brows thicker or longer, for instance, or change the arch slightly - and I can! And it looks completely fine! In fact, it's easier for me to use the stencils now because the tattooed part serves as a sort of guide as to how to place the stencils to make sure they come out right! Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that the stencils and powders can be used with great success on top of the tattooing because I figure you probably have some customers with the tatooing done who are still looking to buy your stencils for variety's sake and maybe wonder if it would work  or not."
