Returns

You can return any item (except eyebrow wigs - see below) within 30 days of purchase (invoice date) for a full refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges. If you have provided a valid email address with your order, we'll send an email to you to let you know your return has been processed. Please mail returned merchandise to:

Exchanges

If you want to exchange some or all of your purchase (except eyebrow wigs - see below), you can do so within 30 days of purchase (invoice date). Simply send your items to be exchanged to us at one of the above addresses. Please include a short note telling us what you would like. Your exchange order will be shipped to you promptly upon our receipt of your original merchandise.

If you need help with your exchange to find, for example, better stencil shapes or brow powder colors, we would be pleased to assist. Please get in touch with us by email service@eyebrowz.com or by phone (toll free: (888) 689-3389) to discuss.

There is no charge for an exchange order.
