Step 1: Trim Back Long Hairs

Step 2: Apply White Stick to Gray Hairs
Lightly stroke the gray brow hairs with the white outliner stick. The white stick works as an adhesive. It is softer than a regular pencil (closer to a lipstick in texture). It helps hold the color particles in the powder to the individual hairs that need help.
Step 3: Brush on Powder
Brush the hairs with the brow powder. Very lightly blend the powder with a cotton swab. Match your brow powder to your brow hair.
