OUR RETURNS POLICY
You can return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges. If you have provided a valid email address with your order, we'll send an email to you to let you know your return has been processed.

How long will it take to process my return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
 

The items I bought aren't quite right. Can I exchange them for new items?
Yes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To exchange items, please sent them to the address indicated above, along with a brief note telling us what you would like. If you need help selecting a new item, or need advice, you can email our team at service@eyebrowz.com or call our toll free number. There is no charge for an exchange order.
